The incumbent will provide general administrative and supporting service to the estate section.


  • Assist in supervising a team of administrative staff to provide quality various general administrative works and estate works including data entry, general administrative work, telephone handling, stock control, computer record, data input, filing, tenants’ relations and promotion activities;
  • Maintain and update all personnel records and leave applications;
  • Manage car park computer payment system and consolidate the relevant records and prepare reports.


  • F.6 or above;
  • 4 years' clerical experience, estate services experience will be an advantage;
  • Knowledge in accounting is preferred;
  • Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS office;

Working location: Tsuen Wan
