Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist Business Development Team to achieve acquisition and retention targets and KPIs
  • To support Business Development Team to develop and maintain close relationship with corporate clients by conducting regular courtesy calls and client visits.
  • To support in relevant member briefings or seminars for target corporate clients and scheme members
  • Handle employers’ enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
  • To provide daily sales administrative support, prepare sales activity reports and projects co-ordination.
  • To support team activities to ensure internal service standards are met and quality services are delivered. 


  • Form 7 or above, preferably university graduate in business discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience in the financial industry 
  • Good understanding of the MPF industry and having passed the MPF Intermediary 
  • examination is preferred
  • Good customer servicing and communication skills 
  • Proficiency in computer skills especially MS office
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
