Customer Relations Team is responsible for enhancing the standard of service delivered to customer.
To reinforce customer services provided by on-site staff regularly and conduct ad hoc training in react to customer feedback, hiring of Officer-Customer Relations is necessary.

What You’ll Do
Your role is to provide support to Customer Relations Team in particular conduct on-site training and all related tasks.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Analyze customer opinions, identify areas for enhancing service quality
  • Prepare reports, recommendations and develop training materials accordingly
  • Conduct on-site training, coaching and subsequent assessment
  • Liaise and coordinate with MO, internal departments and external parties
  • Compile statistics and reports for management review
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Who You’ll Work With
Deputy Manager-Customer Relations and MO would be the key partners.

Sufficient communication so as to achieve efficient coordination is expected beforehand also in the course.

Who You Are
A person with excellent service mindset and can-do attitude, able to perceive the need of different management team and deliver appropriate training accordingly.

Your professional experiences and key competencies would include, but not limited to:

  • Diploma holder
  • At least 3 years’ related or customer service experience
  • Excellent service mindset, communication skills and able to motivate others
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Possess experience in property management field is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chi word processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
