Officer – HR & Admin (4-months Contract)

Responsibilities:

- Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll calculation, staff orientation, leave management, taxation and MPF administration in a timely and accurate manner;

- Perform all-round office administration;

-Oversee office equipment maintenance;

-Handle vehicles maintenance and documentation;

- Other ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related disciplines ;

- At least 3 years relevant HR and Administration experience, preferable in manufacturing environment;

- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations;

- Previous experience in company car arrangement and vehicles' licenses for both HK & PRC is valuable;

- Proficiency in PC operations including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;

- Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese;

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

-Meticulous, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
