Officer – Human Resources (Account Servicing)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions of HK office, including all staffing matters such as recruitment and selection, employment contract renewal, staff relations as well as payroll
  • Provide one-stop account servicing to designated departments and act as focal point of contact for employees concerned
  • Assist in planning and organizing staff relations activities such as Christmas Party
  • Ensure HR compliance in accordance to legislative requirements
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 3 years’ solid experience in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines and with China payroll exposure
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations in both HK & China
  • Proactive, meticulous, independent and able to meet tight deadline with good organizational and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keenness to take on new challenges and team work oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Experience in NGO is definitely an advantage
  • Immediate available preferred
  • Candidate with less relevant experience may be considered as Assistant Officer
