Officer – Technical

This incumbent will report to Manager – Technical and assist on overseeing the E&M facilities of the Company designed properties

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations and property management of the Company designated properties that are including handover after the revitalization of a revitalized commercial building
• Organize and supervise routine repair and maintenance, alternation and additional works and renovation for commercial properties
• Follow up all maintenance contracts for daily operation
• Prepare quotation or tender documents for outsourced technical services
• Monitor site progress of improvement and renovation works
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Certificate/ Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related discipline
• Holder of Certificate of REW Grade A
• At least 2 years’ experience in building repair & maintenance in property related field, experience in supervisory level is an advantage
• Good knowledge in building & E&M regulations
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and Mandarin 

Working Location: Tsuen Wan
