Formulate and perform audit procedures related to administration, finance, IT systems and SWD’s service quality standards as directed by the Audit Committee and assist in the preparation of internal audit reports
Perform tasks to assist in the risk management and enhancement on internal controls of BGCA
Attend the Audit Committee and other internal/external meetings for the preparation of minutes
Maintain effective communication with management, functional committees and internal staff of other departments
Identify threats and uncertainties and provide advices to tackle potential issues
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines
Holder of professional accounting and/or internal audit qualifications is preferred, i.e. CIA, CISA, HKICPA or overseas equivalent
At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in internal / external auditing with professional CPA firms or sizable organizations
Proactive, creative, responsible, attentive to details and able to work independently
Strong knowledge of auditing and clear concepts of corporate governance; excellent report-writing and presentation skills required
Ability to execute various aspects of audit assignments, including third-party coordination and take responsibility for high-quality and timely completion
Specialized knowledge in IT systems internal audit would definitely be an advantage
Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Officer
