Supervise the front desk office to ensure efficient and effective operation of Golf Club
Monitor tee-off time bookings and ticketing and accommodation services
Handle member’s enquiries and complaints
Perform Pro-shop services for members and stocktaking for Pro-shop
Prepare monthly membership record reports
Diploma or above, graduated in Hospitality Management will be an advantage
4 - 5 years relevant work experience, preferably with club or hospitality experience
Initiative, willing to learn and take up challenges
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
