Job Duties
Process in-bound H.K. visa applications, including new, extension, dependent visa
Need to go out to Immigration Department frequently for documents submission
Verification checks on all visa applications
Coordinating with offshore team and applicants for required correspondence for visa filing
Handle Clerical Works & Administrative work
Keep good record of visa data
Communicate with expatriates employees for visa handling
Prepare monthly / project reports
Ad hoc tasks as assigned


Skills & Requirements
University graduates with 2-3 years working experience (preferably with experience in handling visa application)
Good command of written and spoken English
Comfortable in dealing with expatriate
Confident in dealing with government officials
Self-motivated, mature and independent
Good command of PC skill
Willing to go out for delivering documents in Immigration Department
Overseas and local graduates are also welcome
