Reporting to the Chief Construction & Maintenance Engineer, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:
To assist in coordinating payment certification and monitoring revenue and capital expenditure and prepare various financial reports and annual budget
To handle procurement system for purchasing furniture/ equipment and follow up subsequent payment and delivery arrangements
To coordinate business travels and training activities and handle filing system and documentation
To provide general office administrative support and secretarial work
Certificate of Secretarial Study or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
A minimum of 3 years’ relevant administrative or secretarial work experience, preferably in sizeable organisation
Good PC skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
Work location: Ap Lei Chau, transportation to be provided
