Major Responsibilities

  • Perform daily general office administration duties, including office maintenance and renovation
  • Co-ordinate with building management offices and/or relevant parties in the areas of maintenance, building facilities and general services
  • Manage and ensure services and deliverables are in compliance with the corresponding statutory regulations, company internal policies and guidelines, etc.
  • Procurement of office equipment, furniture and/or equipment and maintain update inventory record
  • Conduct review and make recommendations on renewal of maintenance contracts
  • Conduct review and update company guidelines and procedures
  • Responsible for managing the Company website
  • Filing of vital contracts and agreements
  • Manage the reception and handle internal/external courier and mailing service
  • Assist in organizing company events and functions
  • Handle ad hoc assignments/ projects as required



  • Tertiary education
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in handling office administration duties, preferably with exposure in office renovation or relocation projects
  • Proficiency in English business writing with strong analytical skills
  • Good knowledge in computer applications (knowledge in AutoCad is an advantage)
  • Well-organised, mature, self-motivated, independent, good team player and able to work under pressure
  • 5-day work with occasional work on holidays and shift duty under adverse weather are required
  • Prior experience in property facility management will be an advantage
