Officer / Assistant Manager - ECM (2 positions)

  • Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Investment or related disciplines- 3 - 5 years of experience in ECM or related areas (3 years for Officer 5 years for Assistant Manager)
  • IANG candidates are welcome
  • Holder of SFC Type 1 licence
  • Strong technical background & sound understanding of equity capital markets
  • Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English & Chinese with fluency in Putonghua
  • Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing

Job Duties:
  • Participate & assist ECM transactions in China & Hong Kong
  • Co-ordinate with different internal working teams in the execution of ECM transactions
  • Engage different working teams in the preparation & executive of IPOs request for proposals, equity placements & underwriting commitments
  • Manage deal or non-deal roadshows as part of the equity syndicate process
  • Responsible for IPO documentation
  • Liaise with internal counterparties when necessary
