To organise arts related events, workshops and activities for people with or without disabilities;
To carry out pre-event preparation, organise logistics support and onsite arrangement to ensure smooth programme execution;
To coordinate with different teams and freelance personnel for the execution of arts education projects;
To supervise various temporary staff under designated projects;
To provide project administration including evaluation, reporting, volunteer coordination, etc.;
To assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Degree holder with 3 years or above relevant work experience, preferably in arts and culture / social service sectors;
Sound communication skills in both written English and Chinese;
Good team-player and able to work independently;
Proficient PC knowledge, familiar with MS Office applications;
Flexible working hours and overtime work (including public holiday) are required occasionally;
Candidate with less experience are welcome and may be considered as Assistant Officer.
