Co-ordinate with Telesales, Customer Service and Merchants, Branches and Centre for loan disbursement, data maintenance, loan early settlement processing
Issue Cashier's Order for Personal Installment Loan and arrange Cashier's Order sign-off by bank authorised signatories, cheque deposit and stop cheque request
Prepare data maintenance in new, replacement card issuance (e.g. lost/damage cards, upgrading/downgrading cards), returned and cancelled cards, Capture Card from Jetco in accuracy status
Prepare stocktaking of hold cards
Handle Insurance Enrollment, Octopus AAVS, BP Redemption, Coupon Fulfillment and resending statement
Handle purchase order of coupons, returned, exchanged or cancelled coupons
Prepare GL entries posting and/or adjustment
Assist supervisor to perform User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Requirements
Form 5 standard with minimum 1 year experience in banking preferably in data capturing. For Assistant Officer Grade or above, minimum 2 years relevant experience
Willing to work under pressure and shift hours
Customer oriented. Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
Good PC knowledge e.g. MS Office & good typing skill
