Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls regarding securities enquiries and provide solutions and information within the standard service time;
  • Handle complaints and collect feedback/ suggestions from customers;
  • Prepare marketing materials and coordinate marketing program logistics;
  • Maintain customer database;
  • Compile reports;
  • Support tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education;
  • 6 year’s working experience in securities firm, bank or customer services;
  • Exposure in sales administration support and marketing coordination would be an advantage;
  • Multi-tasking and good coordination skills;
  • Well-versed in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua; and
  • Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
