Job Responsibilities
- Promote AXA's brand for external and internal
- Assist the team in launching integrated advertising campaigns (or be the key driver, subject to seniority)
- Act as a brand custodian to gatekeep AXA's branding
Support Senior Manager and the team in launching advertising campaigns
- Assist in developing and implementing effective integrated advertising campaigns
- Work closely with advertising and media agencies to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies
- Liaise with internal parties for materials approval
- Assist the team on the launch communication
- Stay alert on competitive activities and keep the team updated
- Act as a brand custodian to ensure the communications are in line and consistent across the entire company
- Perform daily administrative works and assist in maintaining and process invoices
Job Requirements
- University graduate, in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Admin or related disciplines
- 0-3 years' experience in marketing/ advertising/ branding, candidate with less experience will be considered as officer role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and especially Powerpoint), basic Adobe Illustration and Photoshop skills will be a bonus
- Strong presentation, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to details and high sensitivity
- Self-motivated, good team player with entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong writing skills in both English and Chinese
- Excellent command spoken English and Chinese
