Job Responsibilities

  • Promote AXA's brand for external and internal
  • Assist the team in launching integrated advertising campaigns (or be the key driver, subject to seniority)
  • Act as a brand custodian to gatekeep AXA's branding

Support Senior Manager and the team in launching advertising campaigns

  • Assist in developing and implementing effective integrated advertising campaigns
  • Work closely with advertising and media agencies to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies
  • Liaise with internal parties for materials approval
  • Assist the team on the launch communication
  • Stay alert on competitive activities and keep the team updated
  • Act as a brand custodian to ensure the communications are in line and consistent across the entire company
  • Perform daily administrative works and assist in maintaining and process invoices

Job Requirements

  • University graduate, in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Admin or related disciplines
  • 0-3 years' experience in marketing/ advertising/ branding, candidate with less experience will be considered as officer role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and especially Powerpoint), basic Adobe Illustration and Photoshop skills will be a bonus
  • Strong presentation, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to details and high sensitivity
  • Self-motivated, good team player with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong writing skills in both English and Chinese
  • Excellent command spoken English and Chinese
