  • Prepare documents, briefing papers, speeches, announcements, reports and presentations for Directors/ Managers;
  • Manage internal and external correspondence that may sometimes be confidential;
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings with agenda and minutes preparation, venue and related set-up etc.;
  • Assist Directors/ Managers to monitor work progress of specific project(s) and follow up important actions and decisions;
  • Maintain and update templates, database and document control system;
  • Conduct ad-hoc office management, projects or tasks as required
  • Provide administrative support as required


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, language, communication or related disciplines;
  • At least 2 years’ working experience and prior working in sizable organization is desirable;
  • Proficient in verbal and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese;
  • Proficient in office software including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Comfortable and meticulous in handling confidential information;
  • Multi-tasking and good time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Quick learner and willing to work under pressure and tight timeline
  • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills

Candidate with less experience would be considered for Assistant Officer level
