Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle Client complaint, conduct investigation, root cause analysis, prepare written reply, follow the service turnaround time, collect feedback for on going service improvement
  • Support CSD team aiming for achieving an expected service standard in terms of call quality, cost effectiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • analyze complaint trend, prepare statistic and share complaint cases with CSD team for service / system enhancement.

Job Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of client service experience, candidates with sound knowledge of MPF and ORSO legislation is a definite advantage
  • Familiar with processes required within a contact centre, preferably in banking, finance or insurance industry
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office
  • Client focused with positive attitude
  • Excellent problem solving & communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available preferred but not a must
  • Shortlisted candidates may be required for a written test
