CASH Financial Services Group Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Perform account opening and documents checking to comply with both internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements
  • Handle and follow up on client enquiries and complaints in a fair and professional manner
  • Liaise with external parties and internal staff based on the feedbacks collected from clients
  • Solid knowledge on KYC, AML, CRS and FATCA
  • Assist Team Head with the formulation and updating of the internal policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Assis in execution of orders from clients’ instructions
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business related disciplines
  • At least 1 year relevant experiences in financial industry
  • SFC Type 1 License Holder is a must
  • Customer centric mindset with commitment to deliver quality service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer, Client Services
