  • Manage the development and production of corporate communications literature, e.g. Annual/Interim Report, Sustainability Report, website content, etc.
  • Draft and translate press releases, speeches, advertorials, presentations and other write-ups for Corporate Communications Department
  • Support website management, media relations and events
  • Liaise, co-ordinate and negotiate with internal stakeholders (e.g. business owners, Legal, Risk, Compliance, etc.) for the effective execution of corporate communications projects
  • Monitor and liaise with external service providers (e.g. graphic designers, translators, event management/production companies) to ensure that outputs/services are delivered in accordance with the corporate standard
  • Provide administrative support and perform ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Degree holder in Communications, Translation, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 2 -3  years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, PR agency or news media
  • Knowledge of print production will be an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and self-motivated with can-do attitude and creativity
  • A team player with good people and project management skills
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Conversant with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
