Officer, Corporate Development (Administration Support)

AGBA Management Company Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Handle tasks/project administration and coordination
  • Handle payment process including external fees and internal reimbursements following company’s policy and procedures
  • Maintain comprehensive expense tracking reports
  • Liaison with internal and external contacts. Track action items and delegated tasks and ensure requests are carried out and deadlines are met
  • Coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare travel approval requests and handle travel expense reimbursements
  • Maintain filing system and handle confidential documents in a discreet manner
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties and projects as may be required from time to time

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience within banking and finance industry a definite advantage
  • Proficiency in MS application such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Chinese Word Processing
  • Well-organized, cheerful personality, self-initiative, self-motivated and hardworking with strong sense of responsibility with “can-do" attitude
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua is an advantage
  • Able to work in a fast pace working environment, adapt to change
