Officer, Corporate E-Business (Product Manager)- Internet Finance Department

Responsibilities:

• Work as product expert in the Commercial Internet Financial business to provide pre-sale support for the frontline, i.e. Commercial Internet Financial product presentation, service solution design and business application documents counseling.
• Carry out post-sale support on the Commercial Internet Financial products, i.e. providing assistance to customers on products usage, solving general product problems, delivering new product information to the frontline and customers.
• Perform general user acceptance test as needed in enhancement or new products of the Commercial Internet Financial business.
• Compile the Commercial Internet Financial product manuals and stuff.
• Collect customer business requirements, market information, and provide comments on product enhancements.
• Conduct ad hoc tasks as required.

 Requirements:

• University graduate or above with major in Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2-4 years working experience in the banking field.
• Familiar with the Commercial Internet Financial practice and products.
• Independent and able to work under pressure with efficiency.
• Customer oriented, eager to learn and committed to deliver good quality services.
• Proficient in MS Office software.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, being fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
