Officer - CSR and Event administration

  • Organize and coordinate CSR/sports activities.
  • Manage pre and post events administration including but not limited to planning, promotion, logistics, evaluation and report, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal parties to support events and ensure all events run effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide administration support for Sports & Recreation Committee and HR Department.


  • Higher Diploma in Marketing / Event Management / Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Min. 3 years relevant working experience preferably gained from sizable company, construction/engineering industry.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Office and Chinese word processing.
  • Sociable, dynamic, meticulous, self-initiative and a good team player.
  • Immediate available would be an advantage.
  • 5.5 days work week.
