Provide and collect customer account information and documentation for account investigation;
Prepare different types of correspondence in compliance with relevant ordinances / regulations and the Bank’s policies;
Handle inward cheque verification;
Maintain customer account status in Customer Information System;
Compile management reports and support customer data protection issues; and
Ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned.
DSE/ HKCEE or above;
2 years’ banking experience;
Knowledge in branch operation or customer account opening process; exposure in cheque verification is preferred;
Self-motivated and attentive to details and good communication skill;
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese; and
Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
