Officer (Customer Contact Centre) – Omni Channel Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer services on MPF & ORSO enquiries through hotlines and emails
  • Provide inbound and outbound service support on retirement and investment planning services (e.g. through portfolio review and new fund launch, etc.)
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to fulfill client requests and administrative follow-ups
  • Handle projects and other tasks as assigned


  • Tertiary educated
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking or financial industries, preferably in call centre / customer service environment
  • Good understanding of MPF and ORSO is preferable
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English is a must
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal skill
  • Positive attitude, well organized and a good team player
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing
  • Passed MPF Intermediaries Examination and / or with SFC Licensed Representative qualification
