Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle the customer enquiries & complaints by phone, emails and live chats on social media channels (facebook, WeChat etc) independently
  • Identify the cause of complicated complaints, follow the case progress and escalate to upper level when necessary
  • Communicate with different parties (e.g. supplier, logistic)for case solution and service improvement
  • Collect feedback from customers and make recommendations for continuous service enhancement
  • Analyze data and generate reports for supervisor
  • Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 3 years customer service experience with online and social media exposure
  • Independent, customer-oriented, pleasant telephone manner and good communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
