Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the customer enquiries & complaints by phone, emails and live chats on social media channels (facebook, WeChat etc) independently
- Identify the cause of complicated complaints, follow the case progress and escalate to upper level when necessary
- Communicate with different parties (e.g. supplier, logistic)for case solution and service improvement
- Collect feedback from customers and make recommendations for continuous service enhancement
- Analyze data and generate reports for supervisor
- Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 3 years customer service experience with online and social media exposure
- Independent, customer-oriented, pleasant telephone manner and good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
