  • Handle and follow up customers’ telephone enquiries/complaints in relation to investor services at Call Centre such as securities registration and related corporate matters with a pleasant telephone manner
  • Ensure prompt and accurate responses
  • Assist in preparing statistics and reports on daily operation for management review
  • Coordinate with internal departments for ensuring total customer satisfaction
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned


  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
  • 3 years relevant experience in Customer Services
  • Good knowledge in local securities market
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and a good team player
  • Conversant with Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered for the position of Associate.
