Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare systematic tracking reports for monitoring sales performance and operation efficiency.
  • List out analytical findings and propose corresponding suggestions for driving continuous improvement.
  • Participate in operational / system enhancement including design and UAT to cope with operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist to review and streamline operation process / workflow to improve sales & operation efficiency.
  • Exercise control on staff access right and update of staff inventory.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or Business or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years’ banking and project experience, preferably in call center and customer service department.
  • Well versed in application Software, including MS Excel formula / Macro, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Good team player with positive working attitude.
  • Well organized, logical and analytical mind.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
