Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service to customers from all channels
  • Optimize customer service systems and processes
  • Analyze the data, write reports, and provide solutions
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer problems
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects 

Requirements:

  • F7 above, or other recognized insurance qualification
  • Min. 2-3 years of insurance experience gained in sizable general insurance company
  • Experience in customer service system process optimization
  • With strong ability of analyzing and report writing skill
  • With strong leadership, can deliver results under pressure
  • Excellent judgment, problem solving and decision-making
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • PC literate in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Immediate available is much preferred
