The Job:



  • Handle agency registration matters with HKFI and MPFA

  • Administer contracting and termination issues in various sales channels

  • Prepare appointment and general administration letters

  • Provide operational and clerical support to the team

  • Maintain proper record in system

  • Handle general enquiries from agency

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as delegated by the supervisor when required



The Person:



  • Associate Degree holder or above

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;

  • 3-5 years working experience

  • Relevant administrative experience, preferably in insurance industry

  • Proficient in PC applications including Chinese word processing, Word, Excel & PowerPoint

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-minded and able to work under pressure

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
