  • Perform image scanning jobs, maintain the images history files in common drive and prepare/maintain an inventory list for sending physical documents to warehouse
  • Prepare and image all incoming and outgoing documents pertaining to New Business, Policy Servicing, Claims, Correspondence and Memos received from respective functional areas
  • Perform letters and reports printing and distribute to relevant operations team or deliver to policyholders/intermediaries with the agreed service level.
  • Perform other administrative functions as assigned



  • Post-secondary education or above with at least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE, including Chinese and English Language
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in life insurance administration duties
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
