The appointee will be assigned to manage daily operation of off-campus premises in Tsuen Wan district. Duties include delivering quality and integrated services to users on day-to-day operations, venue management and conducting periodic review of operation procedures and guidelines. He/She is also expected to perform any other duties as directed/assigned by the Office.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Facilities/Property/ Housing Management or related disciplines, and have a minimum of six years of relevant work experience with wide exposure in various facilities management operations. Applicants should also have good communication and interpersonal skills and proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. He/She should also be self-motivated, service-oriented and have analytical mind. Solid experience in taking up the management services of new premises is an advantage. Shortlisted candidates are required to sit for a written test.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
