Building and Facilities Management:

  • Assist in preparation for sketches, drawings (BW/ FS/ E&M/ MVAC), specifications, quotation and tender documents, handle cost estimate, contract administration, quotation/tender analysis and other facilities management related matters in all BGCA facilities
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with consultants/ contractors/ service provider on the execution of works relating to repair and maintenance, major and minor A&A works, and building and facilities management
  • Monitor the works performed by consultants/contractors on various projects / minor repairing works to ensure compliance with contractual, health, site safety and other statutory requirements and standards
  • Carry out site inspections
  • Prepare regular progress reports and present to management as and when required
  • Handle emergency cases and perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor


  • Bachelor degree or above in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Studies, Facilities Management or related disciplines
  • 5 years of relevant experience in Construction/Interior field (Fitting-out works for building construction is preferable)
  • Experience in NGO is an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of the building services installations and building works
  • Sound knowledge of Building Regulations and related statutory requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office, English and Chinese Word Processing
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD is definitely an advantage
