OFFICER (HANDOVER TEAM)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Manager to lead and supervise a team of Handover Ambassadors to arrange handover services for all new residential development projects
  • Conduct pre-handover unit inspection and monitor initial cleaning works
  • Prepare handover documents and materials
  • Deliver quality handover and customer services for all new residential development projects
  • Handle general enquiries and complaints & take follow-up actions
  • Coordinate with project team to ensure all defect rectification works conducted in a timely manner
  • Assist in preparing handover or defect records and reports
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Real Estate, Building Services, Customer Services or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years' building management or customer services experience
  • Proven experience in takeover of new development
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proactive, detailed-minded and good interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented and good communication skills
  • Capable to work under pressure
  • Shift duty is required
  • Immediate available is preferred
