Officer (Handover Team)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality handover and customer services for new development projects
  • Handle general enquiries and complaints
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Provide administrative and clerical supports
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary in Real Estate, Building Services, Surveying, Customer Services or related discipline is preferable
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Independent, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Computer Literacy in MS office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word processing
