  • Assist team head in formulating and reviewing HR policies to ensure in compliance with the regulatory requirements and meet with the Bank’s business needs
  • Conduct research, prepare proposals, update the policies taking into account of the latest market practice and the Bank’s operational requirements
  • Provide support for various compliance projects and audit exercises
  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management/related discipline or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and excellent communication, analytical skills with strong team working spirit

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, HR Policy & Compliance.

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
