  • Be fully responsible for performing secretarial and administrative duties of Human Resources Division
  • Take part into HR services duties, including benefit administration, database maintenance, etc.
  • Assist in HR reporting
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned



  • University graduate preferably with a degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Chinese word processing
  • A team player, with strong sense of confidentiality
  • Willing  to learn and take up extra responsibility
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must)
