The role-holder will be responsible for supporting group-level Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives across Esquel’s global operations so as to improve employee and organizational productivity.


  • Implement various HCM projects across global operation in the aspects of 1) Performance Management; 2) Learning Management; 3) Recruitment Management
  • Act as the HCM system administrator in managing system interface, HR processes, user profiles and security roles and etc.
  • Ensure user adoption and satisfaction with the utilization of effective change management techniques and application of HR best practices 
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses and risks of business processes to provide appropriate solution in supporting business goals
  • Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, define and manage project activities
  • Build strong relationships and maintain effective communications with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution


  • Degree or above Information System, Computer Science, HR, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management especially in HR system implementation or process reengineering
  • Experience in HR system administration is highly preferable 
  • Knowledge in project management methodologies (PMP or Prince 2) will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with different levels of stakeholders
  • High learning agility
  • Result-oriented and ability in multi-tasking
  • Occasional overseas business travel whenever necessary

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer, HR Projects
