Our Hong Kong Foundation is a non-government, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the long-term and overall interests of Hong Kong through public policy research, advocacy and engagement. Pooling together local, mainland and international talent, the Foundation studies Hong Kong's short, medium and long-term development needs, offering multidisciplinary public policy recommendations and solutions to foster social cohesion, economic prosperity and sustainable development.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Handle human resources administration processes, including job posting, interview arrangement, on-boarding and exit procedures, performance appraisal process etc
  • Prepare monthly payroll, MPF/benefits/leave administration, and regular reporting
  • Maintain and update employee records and the HR management system
  • Assist in organizing employee relations/fellowship activities and training programs

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent, with major in Human Resources Management an advantage
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in human resources function
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good understanding of labor laws
  • Strong ethics and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
