To cope with our business expansion, we are looking for the high caliber candidate to join our team. The successful candidate will join our HR & Admin Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for payroll, MPF administration, tax filing, group medical insurance and benefits administration;
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of talent acquisition, from screening, interview, offer negotiation to onboarding and meet the business needs of the Company;
  • Provide support to Regional HRIS project such as data preparation, UAT, and new development of the HRIS;
  • Maintain personnel data in HR database and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate;
  • Prepare regular and/or ad-hoc departmental report to the Company and the Group;
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR preferably in financial industry;
  • Attention to details & good problem-solving skills;
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong;
  • Proficient in PC knowledge, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Chinese word processing is essential; and
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua is a must.
