Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily insurance operations life and general, including quotation/proposal, checking application documents, communicating with insurance companies, generating valuation, managing policy renewals;
  • Handle enquiry from customers and insurance companies;
  • Handle application of Technical Representatives (TR), including the checking on TR’s qualification, CPD hours, registration history;
  • Perform ad-hoc projects & tasks from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above, tertiary education in Accounting & Finance discipline is preferred;
  • Experience as back-end supporting staff (sales HR/ claims/ policy admin/ customer service etc.)in IFA or insurance broker firm would be an advantage;
  • Passed IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3, 4 and/or 5is preferred;
  • Proficient in English and Chinese;
  • Sound computer skills (especially MS Office);
  • Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and aggressive;
  • Immediate availability is preferred;
  • Candidate with more experience could be considered as Senior Officer.
