Officer, Loans & Credit Operations (Vehicle Finance)

You will be responsible for handling loan creation and disbursement of vehicle finance and other related processes. Back up and share jobs of other team members in case of need. Perform other duties as assigned by department managers/assistant managers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle loan creation and disbursement processing of vehicle finance
• Arrange the set-up of direct debit authorization of vehicle and equipment finance accounts
• Mail hire / leasing agreement, repayment schedule, credit advice generated upon loan creation to customers/dealers within turnaround time
• Perform checking loan documentation and to ensure documents are completed and appropriate for loan processing
• Liaise with the related Account Officer for rectification for any exception or deviations of loan documents
• Update and maintain system records of dealership and limit setting
• Update and maintain CCRA system records with related parties
• Perform day-end reconciliation and prepare report to supervisor for approval
• Back up and share other jobs of team member when required
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

• Matriculated or above
• Minimum 3 year in bank operations, preferably related to loan operations
• Basic bank product knowledge and accounting principles
