To provide high-quality deliverables in marketing campaign and communications to HKIB members and stakeholders by supporting the Marketing, Membership & Events (MME) Team to enhance Membership engagement and build brand awareness.  

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing, Membership & Events team, to ensure alignment and achievement of the overall objectives of the branding and promotion campaigns
  • Draft stakeholders’ communication including e-newsletter, event updates in bi-monthly journal and other correspondence
  • Support production of Institute’s publications including but not limited to bi-monthly journals, annual reports, etc.
  • Design support and standardisation of the marketing collateral
  • Social media custodian and draft promotional messages for regular and thematic campaigns
  • Support networking events, seminars, conferences and awards, etc.
  • Support the team’s operations – meeting and event logistics, membership database updates, filing, etc.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors

 

Job Requirements

  • University degree holder or above, preferably in communications, language and PR & marketing discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience with proven track record
  • Equipped with good communication and organisation skills, sharp business acumen and high sense of self ownership
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • More experience candidates can be considered as Senior Officer
