Responsibilities:

• Assist in all leasing matters and associated administration works for a diversed investment property portfolio
• Assist preparation of budget plan, reports and in handling relevant legal documents
• Carry out marketing research and analysis
• Handle all enquires on leasing
• Assist in completing and updating property files
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines
• EAA Licence, Probationer of HKIS/RICS preferable
• 2 years' relevant experience in leasing of properties in Hong Kong
• Good command of English
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop
• Hardworking, proactive and willing to learn, good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good connections and network among property agents, major landlords and developers would be an added advantage
