Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical supports for Merchandising team
  • Data Input, price, promotion, product and supplier info change into system
  • Provide system data checking
  • Support buyer team covering all departmental queries and issues
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 3 years clerical experience, preferably from retail or merchandising sector
  • Sensitive to large amount of data and attentive to details
  • Experience with PIM system is desirable
  • Teamwork players, result-oriented, fast learning, self-motivated
  •  Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good written in English and Cantonese
  • Immediate available is preferable
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
