  • Support team-head to plan and enhance team operations
  • Coordinate with team members as well as monitor daily operations to ensure both internal and external customer service level are met
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time


  • Tertiary graduate 
  • 3 years' relevant working experience, preferably in banking / credit card business
  • Knowledge in card products, systems and operations an advantage 
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills 
  • Immediate availability preferred 

Applicants for the above position must be proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English, and be competent in MS Office applications
