Officer, Procurement and Project Legal Services

Responsibilities:

  • To provide professional technical support in tender/contract preparation and clerical/ administrative support in procurement exercise including preparation of necessary correspondence, papers and tender/contract documents, carrying out co-ordination tasks, monitoring the progress of the tendering exercise and liaison with tenderers, etc. 
  • To assist in maintenance and updating of document registers and records for all contract documents / agreements relating to the procurement exercise handled by procurement team 
  • To assist in regular maintenance and update of consultants’ lists and performance records

Requirements: 

  • Degree holder, preferably in construction, information technology, commercial, procurement or legal related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ work experience, preferably in construction, information technology, database management, commercial, procurement or legal areas
  • Conversant with MS Office (preferably with hands-on knowledge of MS EXCEL VBA and data management skills)
  • Experience in indirect procurement for tendering of works, goods and services will be an added advantage
  • Prudent and attention to detail
  • Proactive, responsible and willing to learn 

(Candidates with less experience will also be considered if he/she has a good/higher academic qualification or his/her work experience is highly relevant.)
