Officer, Property Services

What You'll Do

• To assist the Property Management Team to implement the day-to-day management functions of the residential property & car park
• To liaise with residents and services providers in all property management related matters
• To supervise operational staff to deliver quality services to meet customers’ expectations

• You will work with the property services team and external contractors to provide excellent services to all residents and guests.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Property / Real Estate or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in property management, preferably gained from large -scale residential properties
• Customer-oriented, strong leadership and problem solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office
