The Requirements are :-

  • To provide administrative support to the Reinsurance Department
  • Assist in checking, preparing and sending out document to clients
  • Review and consolidate of new or renewal policy data from ceding companies
  • Answer or reply enquiries from ceding companies or reinsurers
  • To assist in ad-hoc duties when required
  • HKCEE/DSE or above, with insurance qualification i.e. Associate member of ANZIIF
  • At least 1 - 2 years of working experience preferrably in general insurance industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Attention to details and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
